Refund policy

1. Returns Eligibility

In compliance with Saudi Arabian Consumer Protection Law and E-Commerce Regulations, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return:

  • Incorrect items received
  • Items not as described
  • Unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive products
  • Digital products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

2. Return Timeframe

Standard Returns: 14 days from delivery date

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Initiate return request within eligible timeframe
  2. Return Authorization: Receive return approval and instructions
  3. Package Item: Include original packaging and all accessories
  4. Ship Return: Use provided shipping label or instructions
  5. Inspection: We inspect returned items upon receipt
  6. Refund Processing: Refund issued within 14 business days after approval

4. Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-14 business days to reflect on your statement
  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit/Wallet/Cash: As per payment method used

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Free return shipping
  • Change of Mind: Customer bear return shipping cost

6. Conditions for Return

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All accessories and free gifts must be included
  • Return request must be made within specified timeframe

8. Cancellation Policy
